১) শর্তাবলির প্রযোজ্যতা:এই শর্তাবলি Durbin News-এর ওয়েবসাইট, মোবাইল অ্যাপ, সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া পেজ/চ্যানেল এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট সকল ডিজিটাল সার্ভিসে প্রযোজ্য।
২) যোগ্যতা:Durbin News ব্যবহারকারীকে কমপক্ষে ১৮ বছর বয়সী হতে বলা হয়। ১৮ বছরের কম বয়সী ব্যবহারকারীদের ক্ষেত্রে অভিভাবকের তত্ত্বাবধানে ব্যবহার অনুরোধ করা হয়।
৩) কনটেন্ট ব্যবহারের অনুমতি (License):Durbin News-এর কনটেন্ট (লেখা, ছবি, ভিডিও, অডিও, গ্রাফিক্স, লোগো ইত্যাদি) কেবল ব্যক্তিগত, অবাণিজ্যিক এবং “read-only” উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার করা যাবে। আপনি পারবেন—
ওয়েবসাইটে কনটেন্ট পড়তে/দেখতে/শুনতে
সামাজিক যোগাযোগমাধ্যমে Durbin News-এর অফিসিয়াল লিংক শেয়ার করতে (কনটেন্ট পরিবর্তন না করে)
আপনি পারবেন না—
কনটেন্ট কপি/রিপাবলিশ/পুনঃপ্রকাশ করা (ডিজিটাল বা প্রিন্ট)
কনটেন্ট বিক্রি, ভাড়া, সাব-লাইসেন্স বা বাণিজ্যিকভাবে ব্যবহার করা
কনটেন্ট এডিট/পরিবর্তন করে অন্যত্র প্রকাশ করা
স্ক্র্যাপিং, ডেটা মাইনিং, অটোমেটেড ডাউনলোডিং বা স্ক্রিনস্ক্র্যাপার/আইফ্রেম দিয়ে কনটেন্ট টেনে নেওয়া
Durbin News-এর নাম/লোগো/ব্র্যান্ডকে ভুলভাবে উপস্থাপন করা
৪) মেধাস্বত্ব (Intellectual Property):Durbin News-এর ব্র্যান্ড, লোগো, ডোমেইন, কপিরাইট, ট্রেডমার্ক এবং প্রকাশিত কনটেন্টের স্বত্ব Durbin News এবং/অথবা সংশ্লিষ্ট লাইসেন্সদাতাদের। অনুমতি ছাড়া ব্যবহার নিষিদ্ধ।
৫) গ্রহণযোগ্য ব্যবহার (Acceptable Use):ব্যবহারকারীরা কোনো অবৈধ, ক্ষতিকর, প্রতারণামূলক বা হয়রানিমূলক উদ্দেশ্যে Durbin News ব্যবহার করবেন না। বিশেষভাবে নিষিদ্ধ—
হ্যাকিং, সিকিউরিটি বাইপাসের চেষ্টা
ভাইরাস/ম্যালওয়্যার/ট্রোজান/স্পাইওয়্যার সংযুক্ত বা ছড়ানো
ঘৃণাত্মক বক্তব্য, সহিংসতা উসকানি, অশালীন বা মানহানিকর কনটেন্ট পোস্ট/প্রচার
অন্যের গোপনীয়তা লঙ্ঘন বা ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য প্রকাশ
৬) ইউজার কনটেন্ট (মন্তব্য/পোস্ট):Durbin News-এর মন্তব্য/ইন্টারঅ্যাকশন সুবিধা থাকলে ব্যবহারকারী যে কোনো কনটেন্ট পোস্ট করার সময় নিশ্চিত করবেন যে—
কনটেন্টটি অবৈধ/অশ্লীল/হয়রানিমূলক/প্রতারণামূলক নয়
অন্যের কপিরাইট বা অধিকার লঙ্ঘন করে নাDurbin News প্রয়োজনে কোনো মন্তব্য/কনটেন্ট সম্পাদনা, আংশিক/সম্পূর্ণ অপসারণ বা ব্যবহারকারীকে সীমিত করার অধিকার রাখে।
৭) থার্ড-পার্টি লিংক ও বিজ্ঞাপন:আমাদের প্ল্যাটফর্মে তৃতীয় পক্ষের লিংক/বিজ্ঞাপন থাকতে পারে। এসব তৃতীয় পক্ষের কনটেন্ট, সেবা, বা প্রাইভেসি প্র্যাকটিসের দায় Durbin News নেয় না। ব্যবহারকারীকে সংশ্লিষ্ট তৃতীয় পক্ষের নীতিমালা দেখার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হয়।
৮) দায়বদ্ধতার সীমা (Limitation of Liability):Durbin News তথ্য সরবরাহের প্ল্যাটফর্ম। আমরা সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করি তথ্য নির্ভুল রাখতে, তবে সব তথ্য সবসময় শতভাগ নির্ভুল/সম্পূর্ণ থাকবে—এমন গ্যারান্টি দিই না। Durbin News ব্যবহারজনিত প্রত্যক্ষ/পরোক্ষ ক্ষতির জন্য আইনসিদ্ধ সীমার মধ্যে দায় সীমিত থাকবে।
৯) কনটেন্ট অপসারণ/পরিবর্তন:Durbin News যে কোনো সময় কোনো কনটেন্ট আপডেট/সংশোধন/অপসারণ করতে পারে। নীতিমালা বা ফিচার পরিবর্তনের অধিকারও সংরক্ষণ করে।
১০) শর্তাবলি পরিবর্তন:Durbin News যে কোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলি সংশোধন/আপডেট করতে পারে। আপডেট ওয়েবসাইটে প্রকাশের পর তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে কার্যকর হবে। আপনি ব্যবহার চালিয়ে গেলে পরিবর্তিত শর্তে সম্মত বলে গণ্য হবে।
১১) প্রযোজ্য আইন ও বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তি:এই শর্তাবলি বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুসারে পরিচালিত হবে। কোনো বিরোধ হলে তা বাংলাদেশের আদালতের এখতিয়ারাধীন হবে।
